David is now a PhD Candidate

Congratulations to David Nguyen who successfully completed his PhD advancement exam on Friday. He gave a great presentation, and his committee unanimously agreed to pass him. Committee members included Richard Beckwith, VC Choudhary, Don Patterson, David Redmiles, and Gillian Hayes.
