Lucretia Williams is a PhD student in the Department of Information and Computer Sciences at UCI, where her research focuses on designing health technology for people of color. Lucretia’s work has been published at CHI and IEEE for Healthcare Informatics. Prior to joining UCI, Lucretia obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Howard University and worked as a Test Engineer at Accenture. Outside of academia I help small businesses and startups develop their brand and digital presence by helping them acquire the proper technology and systems. Lucretia is also heavily involved with strengthening the undergraduate and graduate experience for underrepresented minorities.
